The Company is committed to identifying and working with all stakeholders in our business to ensure that the Company’s vessels and accompanying crew fully meet the requirements demanded by our clients.
To achieve this aim, it is the intention of the Company to:
- Work in partnership with clients to identify and realize their requirements and respond in a mutually beneficial manner.
- Introduce procedures and services that meet changing requirements of all our clients.
- Ensure that our supplier base is fully involved with ourselves in the promotion of partnership and ongoing improvement by encouraging the routine operation of good practice with them.
- Monitor and measure our processes and systems, to identify improvement opportunities throughout all our client’s projects.
- Ensure that all employees and crew are trained and competent, to work safely and efficiently and to understand their role and responsibilities within the quality management system.
To this end, the Company is continually making improvements to an internal quality management system, relating to the business processes and operation of the Company’s vessels. The system identifies and manages the Company’s operational processes to achieve the stated quality objectives.
The Company recognizes that ongoing improvement in the quality of both procedures and services is essential, if the satisfaction of our clients and the future prosperity of the business are to be realized. The Company’s primary aim is to develop the business in partnership with our customers to realize ongoing and mutual success.
To meet the specified requirements of the clients, the Company applies a quality management system in conjunction with other management controls. The Integrated Quality Environment Occupational Health and Safety Management Manual describes the system. Responsibility for upholding this policy is truly Company-wide under the guidance and with the assistance of Senior Management who encourage the personal commitment of all staff to address quality as part of their skills.
It is the Company’s policy to seek to operate to these standards continuously and to implement and operate fully the ISO 9001:2015 standards through registration and annual review.
The Company complies with all legislation relevant to its industry.
DELIVERY OF QUALITY, ENVIRONMENT, OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY OBJECTIVES SHALL BE THE RESPONSBILITIY OF EACH EMPLOYEE OF LINDEN SHIPPING INTERNATIONAL LLC
