Marsa Al Seef Project
Since Early 2015 till mid-2016, LSI had supplied Spud Barges, Crane Barges, Tugboats, floating equipment and personnel for a large first class multinational contracting company which was building the Marsa Al Seef at the Dubai Creek. It’s our immense pleasure and excitement to work with our old clients whom we are working with over the last 22 years.
Our Vessels: Tuna Ann, Harbour Ann, Grouper Ann, Sea Ann 2, Hamour Ann 2, Bass Ann and 2 Spud Barges along with our Manitowoc 4100 crawler crane have actively been involved in the Dubai Creek Piling Project. Along with vessels, we had also supplied Crew such as boat, crane and winch operators for the said project.
Marsa Al Seef is an awaited upcoming destination which will provide bustling waterfront spaces, where cafes and restaurants will open up on to interconnected promenades fronting the creek, which will realize new memories of Dubai, embracing the past through experiences deeply rooted in Emirati culture and heritage, while also revitalizing the tourism experience around Dubai Creek, one of the UAE’s most famous and best-loved locations. The Project also comprises three hotels with a combined 550 keys. The development will also offer shoppers an array of options varying from traditional souqs, art galleries, shops for Emirati handicrafts and other retail concepts. Marsa Al Seef benefits from proximity to historical and cultural attractions, with an excellent supporting multi-mode transport infrastructure.
