Artificial Reef Project – Ajman

Our Multicat “Manta Ann” under command of Captain Dixon Wangke and his crew has completed the installation of an artificial reef offshore Ajman UAE. Manta Ann was hired by a first class local diving company to assist their divers in executing the project in a short period. The 150 no’s precast reef-caves will create a safe haven for small fish and baby fish and re-populate fishstocks in Ajman, the UAE and the gulf in general will all benefit. Further, in future years the habitat will develop naturally into a self-sustaining habitat for corals, seaweeds and all aquatic life which will benefit the environment as well.
LSI has been involved with assisting contractors with artificial reefs for over 15 years and it brings us great joy when we can positively contribute to the environment in such a way !!
