Spot Towage Jobs (Short Term Towages)
Recently LSI completed various Spot Towage jobs (short term towages) for our good clients. With a combined on-hire of over 68 days, LSI has been busy with various minor towages which we count separate from project works and towages:
- LSI Vessels Hamour Ann 2: under the command of Capt. Suparlin Parulian, Bream Ann: under the command of Capt. Bazirius Kasese and Herring Ann, under the command of Capt. Meidi Max were used for a short and successful towage of 3 days to deliver a 5,300 T DWT Barge, from Sharjah Hamriyah Free Zone to Dubai Creek near Shindaga Bridge at Client Site and then returned to LSI base Sharjah Hamriyah.
- Hamour Ann 2, under the command of Capt. Suparlin Parulian completed a successful 6-day towage of a cutter suction Dredger from Al Jazeera Site, Ras Al Khaimah and deliver to Dibba site on the east coast of UAE. Hamour Ann 2 returned to LSI base after that.
- Mullet Ann, under the command of Capt. Meidi Max, subsequently had a 3-day towage of a cutter suction Dredger from Al Raffa, Umm Al Quwain and delivered it to Al Jazeera Site, Ras Al Khaimah after which the Tug returned to LSI Safe and sound.
- Halibut Ann, under the command of Capt. Rangga Syahrial, had completed towage jobs which included towing of LSI Barge Hamriyah Ann which was to be used as a transport barge and mobilization of Client’s Vessel from Shindaga Port, Dubai to Al Rafaa, Umm Al Quwain. Being a short job, Halibut Ann completed the job in 3 days.
- Hamour Ann 2, under the command of Capt. Suparlin Parulian and Mackerel Ann, under the command of Capt. Ibrahim Ronni completed jobs of Client Barge movements for Dubai Waterfront Site Operations. The towage operations were completed in 6 days in which time the shifted several barges to a heavy lift vessel.
- Our Tugboats Hamour Ann 2: under the command of Capt. Suparlin Parulian, Bream Ann: under the command of Capt. Bazirius Kasese and Herring Ann, under the command of Capt. Meidi Max were also used for various collection and deliveries of barges from Ras Ghurab Island to the Client’s Project Site. Towages took place in a space of 4 days.
- LSI tugs Herring Ann: under the command of Capt. Meidi Max and Bream Ann: under the command of Capt. Bazirius Kasese towed a broken-down Tanker Vessel loaded with 6,024.33 MT of oil from offshore to the inner harbor at Sharjah Hamriyah Port.
- Hamour Ann 2: under the command of Capt. Suparlin Parulian also completed a quick towage of a empty Cargo/Bulk Carrier from Jebel Ali to Sharjah Hamriyah Port
- A 12-day Job was completed by Mullet Ann, under the command of Capt. Meidi Max, used as a guard/tail Tug and assisted Clients vessel in Jubail Commercial Port, Saudi Arabia, and en route to Al Jeer Port, Ras Al Khaimah.
- Trout Ann 2: under the command of Capt. Dixon Bastian Wangke and Bream Ann, under the command of Capt. Bazirius Kasese, also completed a recent job to mobilize Barge from Dry Dock at Hamriyah Free zone to DMC.
