Excavation works and Quaywall placing at Al Fiyay Island, Abu Dhabi

Recently LSI Vessels completed a year-long project/charter which was initiated last year during April-2020 and completed in March-2021 in Al Fiyay Island, Abu Dhabi, U.A.E. with a Class A local Client/contractor. LSI Tugboats: Mullet Ann – under the command of Capt. Meidi Max Koleangan, Grouper Ann – under the command of Capt. Marianito Ibanez, Halibut Ann – under the command of Capt. Rangga Syahrial, Mackerel Ann – under the command of Capt. Ibrahim Ronni and Hamour Ann 2 – under the command of Capt. Gulnyyaz Gulnyyazov along with Barges: Ionian Ann loaded with our crawler crane Manitowoc Crane 4100 S2, Gulf Ann 2, Kathleen Ann, and Khwar Ann. The scope of work for the was majority Excavation works and Quaywall placing at the Charterer’s Project Site in Al Fiyay Island located in Abu Dhabi in order to build a minor port with an access channel. The tugboats under the command of the respective captains were used to Tow and Assist the barges assigned at the project site.
