Creek Harbour Project

Recently LSI Vessels completed a long term project for our Class A client and major Construction Company at the Dubai Creek Harbor. The marine works project comprised the construction of hybrid gravity concrete block / rock revetment and quay walls at various areas.The Newly developed area according to Media reports will eventually house 33,500 people and be home to the worlds future tallest tower aptly named “The Tower”.
LSI Barges River Ann and Kathleen Ann were actively involved in the project along with a barge that we hired from a third party. LSI Tugboats Mullet Ann, under the command of Capt. Gerardo Samson, and Hamour Ann 2, under the command of Capt. Joko Santoso & Second Capt. Antony Alfred, were hired to tow the various barges for delivery and re-delivery.
The project lasted over a year and was successfully completed. Well done to our Client/Contractor and to all those involved.
